01 Overview
RISE AI Command is designed as a private, local-first AI command app for iPhone and iPad. This policy describes how RISE AI Command handles your information in the current app baseline. It covers the app as it ships today; any future capabilities are addressed in the "Changes to this policy" section below.
02 Data stored on your device
Your chats, saved sessions, app settings, and Operator Profile information are stored locally on your device using Apple's local storage technologies. This data is not transmitted to a RISE server, because RISE AI Command does not operate one.
03 No RISE account or server
RISE AI Command does not require a RISE account and does not operate a RISE chat server in the current app baseline. There is no sign-in, and your conversations are not processed on RISE-operated infrastructure.
04 No analytics or tracking
The current app baseline does not include analytics, advertising identifiers, or third-party tracking SDKs. RISE AI Command does not build a profile of you for advertising or measurement.
05 Apple Intelligence
When available on supported devices, RISE AI Command uses Apple Intelligence, powered by Apple's on-device Foundation Models runtime, to generate responses. RISE AI Command is designed so that RISE itself does not send your chats to a RISE server.
RISE AI Command does not control Apple's internal system behavior. How Apple's on-device and system features operate is governed by Apple's own software and privacy practices.
06 Exports and sharing
RISE AI Command can create PDF exports and transcripts of your sessions. These are generated only when you choose to export or share them. Once you share a file through iOS, that sharing action — and where the file goes — is controlled by the destination you select (for example, Files, Mail, Messages, or another app).
07 Subscriptions
If subscriptions are enabled in the future, billing will be handled through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. RISE AI Command will not directly collect or store your credit card number or payment card details.
08 Changes to this policy
RISE AI Command may update this policy as the app evolves. Any future cloud, account, analytics, memory, meeting, or sync capability would be documented here before it ships, so this policy continues to reflect what the app actually does.
